I am participating in the Stroll for Epilepsy on August 11, 2011
Why I am participating in the Stroll for Epilepsy…..
Imagine being 12 years old and having a seizure in school. Imagine being happy in your career, but losing your job because you can no longer drive because of seizures. Imagine loving someone so much and not being able to help. People with epilepsy, and their loved ones, don't need to imagine this...they live with it every day. Epilepsy and seizures affect 2.7 million Americans of all ages, and more than 60,000 people in Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota live with epilepsy. No one should face epilepsy alone...and that's why I stroll.
Join the cause!
On Thursday, August 11th, I will be participating in the 2011 Stroll for Epilepsy. You can join me in the fight against epilepsy by making a donation on my behalf. Your donation will be used to educate, connect and empower people living with seizures and those people who care about and care for them.
